Is it possible to get that hosted Lync server to sync with their in-house Exchange server? OR is there a completely different way to accomplish this? Such as find a program that can open those. I don't think the Exchange server (which isn't hosted, they posses that machine) has been configured so that it will sync those folders or not. Well there isn't a conversation folder in Outlook that I can see. To my understanding Lync saves those messages, and then syncs with Exchange so that the user would be able to see them in their mailbox. They have been saving their chat history by the default setting so when you go into their User folder you can find all of this. I have a customer who has a hosted Lync 2010 server.
